Sailing for leadership by heading a purposeful course

The program takes place during 3 days of sailing on a sailboat with 2 trainers. Each day is composed of situational exercises and reflection workshops on the personal and team application  based on the learning. The days are composed according to external factors, weather and tides. Rest and meals will mainly be taken on board as an integral part of the exercise.
